Sizes, 5, 6, 6.5, 7, 7.5, 8, 8.5, 9, 9.5, 10, 11 Shoes run generous, both in width and length. it is typical that you may wear one half size smaller than your normal street shoe size. Shoes are designed for no sock to be worn. Shoes are fully lined with a soft, moisture-wicking microfiber sock liner to be comfortable agaisnt your feet. Shoes are fully lined with a soft, microfiber performance material. Many choose not to wear socks. To maintain freshness, liners in shoes may be removed and washed by hand. Use gentle detergent and air dry. Replacements available. NARROW FIT "sizers." Since shoes are a generous width, a simple "sizer" can be added to help reduce shoe volume for narrower/lower arches..
